Aluwing: A unique frame from Alberto Masi that is an aluminum version of the Wing Tig LTP. Limited stock as Alberto can no longer get these tubes from Deda. All with Décor paint and carbon forks. 7003 tubing is filed smooth at the joints. No rider weight limit. Not the lightest but super strong and recommended for sprinters or abusive riders.

SC61.10A: The original super light Deda aluminum tubeset. A 52 cm. c/c frame weighs 1200 grams without the fork. Round seat tube 32 mm. for clamp-on front derailleur, ovalized top and LTP shaped downtube. Available all sizes/colors. 27.2 seat tube inner diameter. Can be ordered in sloping geometry especially for extra small sizes, i.e. 45 cm. Extra large sizes can be made with 35 mm. seat tube that uses 31.8 mm. seatpost. Normally supplied with 1" carbon fork; 1&1/8" optional. Tubing is shot peened for strenghth prior to heat treatment, "KET" or kinetic energy treated.

CPT: The most popular alloy Milano frame constructed with SC61.10A tubing and incorporating a mono carbon seatstay that has a completely smooth transition to aluminum. Weight is identical to a normal SC61.10A frame. Carbon fork in 1" or 1&1/8" on frames with 35 mm. seat tube. All colors/sizes. No rider weight restriction. Note:CPT means "Carbon Power Transfer." Compare to Pinarello Prince and De Rosa Merak and salivate.

CPT PLUS: Similar to the CPT but with Deda EM2 tubing that is lighter and stronger than SC61.10A and featuring a full carbon rear triangle. The chainstays are one piece construction and plug into Deda's "monobox" bottom bracket shell. A stiff frame without a harsh ride. Fork is Deda "Black Magic," 1&1/8" full carbon with indented forkblades for extra strength, not extra weight. Integrated headset. Normally 27.2 seatpost diameter. Can be made for 31.8. Down tube is quadrangle shaped for extra strength. Twelve hour thermic treated alloy tubing.For riders less than 250 lbs. A 56 c/c frame/fork weighs 3lbs. Also available for standard 1" or 1&1/8".

V107: Similar to SC61.10A but with quadrangle shaped downtube. Can be made for 1&1/8" integrated headset; also with oversize seat tube. All colors/sizes. Heat treatment as EM2 tubing. Riders to 200 lbs.

U2 Ultraleggero: Just as the name states! Frame weight at less than a kilo and around 285 grams for a Sintema "Kuota" fork. For riders less than 160lbs. Sizes to 56 c/c. All colors. 1" fork. 27.2 only. Twelve hour heat treatment.

Notes: Most riders downsize one cm. in seat tube size from steel to alloy. Alloy frames can be made with taller than normal headtubes to eliminate stacking fork columns for correct handlebar height. Call for consultation.
